
THE MIND MASTERY RETREAT
For those looking for a deeply transformational experience, we offer a unique 4 night retreat at our beautiful, private Forest Lodge nestled on a peaceful hillside in Ibiza.
Our one-to-one Mind Mastery Retreat is a powerful, immersive and personally curated experience designed to help you learn & understand the workings of your mind, allowing you to let go of destructive habits, maladaptive emotional issues and mental obstacles that are preventing you from creating your optimal life experience.

On the retreat you will receive over 20 hours of personal mentoring by Amanda, who will be using a combination of hypnotherapy and a detailed learning journey through cognitive constructs and the deeper workings of the conscious and subconscious mind.

You will learn how to completely reprogram your mind, let go of limiting beliefs, develop practical skills to reset your mindset and truly harness your own innate power. You will attain valuable tools & life-shifting resources to help you achieve your goals & dreams, allowing you to move forward in life feeling newly empowered, enlightened & in full control of your own destiny.


Who is this Retreat for?
The Mind Mastery retreat is for you if you want to uncover & release yourself of the mental obstacles that are holding you back and keeping you stuck in the same destructive or unhelpful patterns, habits & behaviours.
This retreat is for people who want to take 4 days out of their lives to work intensively on themselves, to reconnect with themselves and learn about the unique workings of their mind - and ultimately to change the path of their lives, equipped with new knowledge, mental tools and reprogrammed behaviour patterns.
This is not a yoga or fitness retreat - this is all about inner work. Yoga teachers & massage therapists can be arranged, but we encourage you to spend time in between the sessions resting & reflecting on the deep internal work you will be doing.




Your Retreat Accomodation
This deeply transformational retreat offers you a unique opportunity to step away from your life as it currently is and to escape to our simple but charming and comfortable Forest Lodge.
The Forest Lodge is on a quiet hillside in the north of the island, surrounded by ancient pine trees and with distant sea views, giving you the complete peace and tranquility required to process this deep work.
While you will experience nourishing solitude between sessions, you are within the safety & security of an entirely private & gated property to allow you the confidence to feel completely relaxed and cared for.
At the Forest Lodge we have created a secure cocoon for you to enjoy; with a supremely comfortable bed, your own shower room, a beautiful terrace where you can relax and gaze out into the surrounding woodland and feel calmed and connected to nature.
The Forest Lodge has both heating and air-conditioning, making it a comfortable and nurturing space for your transformational journey - at any time of year.
In the summer months you are also welcome to use the pool within the grounds, for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine between sessions.
All meals are provided and will be prepared according to your own dietary needs. Our menu is mainly light, vegetarian / plant-based dishes such as soups, salads, homemade quiches, vegetable wraps etc & will be focussed on nourishing, healthy produce from the island.
Tea, coffee, mineral water & fresh fruit are available at all times in the Forest Lodge.

The Mind Mastery Retreat Itinerary
typically runs from Thursday (late afternoon arrival) to Monday morning (departure at 11am)
Airport transfers are provided dependent on suitable flight arrival times.

You will have time to settle in to the Forest Lodge, a light evening meal and a short initial session with Amanda.
FULL SESSION DAYS : FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY

Each morning you will have time to enjoy some peaceful solitude & breakfast on the terrace at the Forest Lodge before the exciting day's work begins.
